Now that Fenton is closing it’s doors to the traditional glass making we all know and love they are cleaning their shelves, and it’s our lucky day! They and have located
a limited quantity of Swung Vase and Dolphin figurine sets which had been done for QVC and also offered as an Internet Exclusive in June of 2010! Handcrafted in their languid and lovely Blue Lagoon glass, the three-piece set includes gems handcrafted in Topaz glass by the Marble King company in Paden City, WV. This set is a spectacular tribute to one of Fenton’s favorite creatures of the sea, the dolphin which is nestled inside the Swung Vase! Producing this 6 ½" tall vase is achieved by swinging the vase on the pipe while the glass is still very hot. The dolphin figurine is nestled inside to provide the illusion of a dolphin jumping up from the waves! The figurine is handpainted in a realistic style and signed by the talented artist who completed it and both pieces have the trusted Fenton logo!
