Attractive vintage rooster figurines. These are glossy glazed ceramic roosters; no cold paint. Not marked, but I believe they are vintage Japan, c.1950's or earlier. They are good sized being 6 inches tall up to tail feather x 4 long. They both have some itsy bitsy fleabite dots off the tail feathers and one toe. It is hard to even get good photos of them because they are tiny. You can dot those with black paint if you need perfection. The flaws are common on vintage ceramic items.
