This is a gold tone ring with a ruby and two cubic zirconia. The ruby did test as a ruby but is probably synthetic. The ring is not marked so I believe it is gold plated. The ring is a size 8-1/2. The top measures 1/4 of an inch wide. The ring is in very good condition and does not appear to have been worn. It may need cleaning or polishing. Please let me know if you have any questions.
