Sadler English porcelain teapot. A fine gift for the teapot collector! It is marked Sadler, Made in England with a crown in blue ink under-glaze on the bottom. It also has what appears to be an artist's mark, (JE), as well as the number #1639 JE, as well as what appears to be an A in black. The pattern is of an oriental nature, 'Famille Rose'? It features a tree with pink roses and gold trim. It is a very charming teapot in good vintage condition, and you can't beat this price. The mark is shown in the Kovel's.
