Copperton Lane Antiques & Collectibles

Circa: 1942
Country of Origin: US
Manufacturer: Vernon Kilns
Four pastel colored 10-1/2 inch dinner plates in the Native California pattern by Vernon Kilns, produced during the World War II years (1942 to 1947). They're on the Melinda shape, designed by Royal Hickman, with a graceful feathery leaf scroll at the rim and a nice semi-matte glaze. There is one plate each in pink, blue, green, and yellow (Ivory was the only other color made in this pattern). The plates are in excellent condition with no damage, crazing, or utensil marks. Price is for the set of four but I'll consider selling them separately if someone is interested in a specific color.
