Painting by German/American (California) artist August Lohr (1843-1919) done using watercolor paints on paper.  Please inquire for additional information.  Painting depicting a barge on a river with figures done by French artist Claude Francois De Mesgrigny (1836-1884) using oil paints on canvas.  Approximate painted canvas dimensions are 18"w x 12.5"h.  There are a couple of very small tears.  Study for the painting 'Woman and Boys' done using pencil with white highlights on  paper by American artist Jared French (1905-1987).  Measures 33" x 32" on a sheet of paper which measures 37" x 37".  Thee are some tears and the study is rolled up. The study is of identical size to the painting of the same title which is shown in the book 'Jared French's Myths' by Nancy Grimes measuring approximately 21.5"h x 11.25"w within the paper sheet which measures 25"h x 17"w.
