Ty, Inc. Snort the red bull beanie baby plush, No. 4002, is from 1997-1998. Snort's day of birth is  May 15, 1995. Snort was introduced on January 1, 1997 and retired September 15, 1998. He is mint with tag and about 7 to 8 inches in size. His tag's verse is:

'Although Snort is not so tall,

He loves to play basketball,

He is a star player in his dreams,

Can you guess his favorite team?'

Retired beanie baby is mint condition with tag and has not been exposed to smoke or unpleasant odors. Expand listing to view both photographs.  Paperback book, Rags, is a reproduction of an antique book by Gallery Graphics, Inc., No. 1303-0002, published in 1995, has 12 pages with color illustrations and a story of a girl rag doll much like Raggedy Ann. This charming children's book is told from the Rag Doll character's point of view her joys and trial. It is illustrated by Fern Bisel Peate. There are no references to an ISBN number for this version of this book anywhere on it or in online references to it. This book was pre-owned by serious Raggedy collector, and is in excellent condition with all pages and intact cover.  Disneyland Gradnite Tigger the Tiger from Winnie the Pooh and friends mini-bean bag is approximately 8 inches tall, and he is wearing printed Bermuda Shorts under his dark graduation robe, a dark blue graduation cap with a gold tassel, has foot pads and a straight tail, a Disneyland tag, and it is from 1999. He is ready to celebrate at Disneyland Gradnite the moment the ceremony is over. He was only available a short time around graduation. Old stock in like-new mint condition with its Disneyland tag.  Precious Moments Company 16 inch vinyl and fabric Jessi Bride Doll No. 1001 from 1989, was retired in 1998.  This bride doll has blonde hair styled in a ponytail with side curls covered by a veil, painted blue teardrop-shaped eyes, and a smiling face. Her wedding costume includes a long white dress with a beautiful satin over-skirt, and lacy veil. She is holding colorful pastel silk flowers. 1998 Effanbee 5.25 inch vinyl Wee Patsy as Snow White has molded and sprayed golden hair with blue hair ribbon, painted eyes, and painted on black shoes. This miniature Patsy Snow White doll is dressed in a colorful taffeta gown with a long yellow skirt with red ribbon, blue bodice with red ribbon trim. Mnt-in-the-box old stock.  Marie Osmond 1995 12 inch Rosie from 'Twins' series, is an adorable Raggedy Ann-type girl doll with bisque (porcelain) head and hands, while the rest of body is soft fabric. She has bright red curly yarn wig with a large white bow, fixed brown glass-like eyes, eyelashes, a red nose, and red lips. Her Raggedy-style costume includesa red dress with white hearts print, white pinafore with red rickrack trim, white pantaloons with red bows. Her cloth legs are red and white peppermint-type striped like Raggedy Ann's stockings with black feet like Raggedy shoes. This doll has her tag, certificate and a bracelet. Marketed by Knickerbocker. Doll was pre-owned, but this retired doll is in near mint-in-the-box condition. Doll is perfect and the same as new, as is the tag, certificate, and bracelet. Some of the paper inside the box is torn, but everything else is perfect. Expand listing to view both photographs.  Softcover Storybook, Coloring Book and Small Size 33.33 rpm Record Set, 'Raggedy Ann and  Andy's Rainy Day Songs and Games', Bobbs-Merrill Company and Kid Stuff Records, 1980. This does not have an ISBN. The coloring book, which is in excellent condition, contains 16 pages. Its black and white pictures are intended to be colored. We have not tried to play the record. Because the record has some visible light scratches on both sides, this set is available at a reduced price. A note with the set says that the record narrates the book. The book and record's story contains the songs: 'The Farmer in the Dell', 'Little Bo Peep', ' Mary Had a Little Lamb', and 'Ring Around the Rosy.'  Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy are loveable rag doll characters created by Johnny Gruelle. This book was pre-owned by a serious collector and is a great addition to a collection or wonderful entertainment for children. The used book is in very good condition except for the noted flaw.  Paperback children's book 'Raggedy Ann's Picture-Perfect Christmas', by Gail Herman and Illustrated by Deborah Colvin Borgo, Random House, Macmillan, Inc., Happy House, from 1988. It has 24 pages and has many color illustrations. According to the story, it is Christmas Eve and Raggedy Ann and the other dolls did not have a gift for Marcella, and they wanted very much to find or make a gift for her. Making a gift was a tremendous challenge for dolls and toys that only came to life when the people were absent or asleep. Nothing seemed quite right until a Santa doll helped them. This book is based on the doll and toy characters created by Johnny Gruelle. Pre-owned book is in excellent condition, and has intact cover and all pages. The ISBN nos. Paperback Book, 'Raggedy Andy Stories, Introducing the Little Rag Brother of Raggedy Ann', was written and Illustrated by Johnny Gruelle, is A Dell Color Yearling Book. The original copyright was in 1920; other copyrights were in 1947, 1948. This book was printed in October, 1977, and it has 128 pages. Its charming stories are about Raggedy Andy, Raggedy Ann, Marcella, and other dolls in the nursery as were in the original hardcover book. The dolls and toys come to life whenever Marcella is away or asleep. The book has wonderful original color and black-and-white drawings as were in the original editions. This is a soft cover version with the same stories as the hard cover book. The ISBN Nos. are ISBN 10: 0440473896 and ISBN 13: 9780440473893. Pre-owned, excellent condition.  Raggedy Ann play iron by Gabriel and Bobbs-Merrill Company toy iron has a red with white handle, a silver bottom, and a plate with a Raggedy Ann picture. This toy iron is 6.5 inches long. It was made in 1970, and it is in excellent condition. Its minor flaws include the tape marks on its handle and minor rubs on the red paint. The toy iron looks very good to be approximately 47 years old. It was pre-owned by serious adult Raggedy Ann collector immediately before it fell into our possession. It is in excellent condition. It is new old stock, but has been on a shop display shelf for a while. The ISBN nos. are 13: 9780930625191 and 10: 0930625196.  Johnny Gruelle's Hardcover Book, Raggedy Andy's Stories, was Written and Illustrated by Johnny Gruelle. This book is from the 1975 printing with smaller picture on teal blue cover, copyrighted in 1920, 1948. Bobbs-Merrill and Company is the publisher. It is complete with its original charming color and black-and-white drawings, and it has 95 pages. This book has stories about Raggedy Andy, Raggedy Ann, Marcella, her father, and the other dolls. The dolls and toys come to life whenever Marcella and her family are away or asleep. This favorite children's classic is in very good condition except for minor wear showing on the right corner of cover and library markings. She has a vinyl head with dark blonde curly rooted hair, painted tear-drop shaped eyes, and a smiling face. She is wearing a long cream and pink triple-tier floral dress with matching cloth hat trimmed with flowers and lace. Retired, new, mint condition with gift box. The gift box shows its age. Older 6 inch vinyl unmarked black doll probably from one of Caribbean Islands. Her head does not move, but her arms and legs are jointed. She has molded short hair and painted black eyes. Her costume includes a colorful long dress with a cotton lace bodice and underskirt; a pink, green, orange, and yellow striped skirt; and matching turban; gold earrings and neck band; and multicolored beads. Pre-owned doll is in excellent condition except for some of the lace being loose.  Vogue 2004 reproductions of the early 1950s vintage strung Ginnys with painted eye lashes. This doll set includes 7.5 inch Binky and Bunky dolls in blue knit skirt for the girl pants for the boy that are being sold as pair only. The Vintage Reproduction Boy Bunky and Girl Binky Ginny dolls resemble the original strung dolls from 1951-53 with painted lashes. Both dolls have blonde wigs and moving blue eyes. The girl has bangs and a flip curls hairstyle. They are wearing matching pastel blue, white, and chartreuse knit shirts; blue knit hats with blue pompom; pastel striped socks to match shirts; and white center-snap shoes. He is dressed in  blue knit shorts, and she is wearing a blue knit skirt. These dolls look much like the extremely expensive and rare vintage dolls. Retired dolls are new old stock, and mint-in-their-boxes. They are in a limited edition of 1,000 each.  Effanbee 1995-1996 6 inch all-bisque Christening Baby Doll. This sitting petite baby doll has a blonde wig, fixed blue glass-like eyes, and a sweet face.  Her ensemble includes a long white with lace christening gown with a pink rosebud and a matching white cap. Old stock doll is like new and  mint-in-the-box. Expand listing to view both photographs.  Just Around the Corner costume for Danbury Mint 15 inch vinyl dress-up Shirley Temple dolls, contains long white satin pants, a white-on-white print blouse with tie with gold with red jewel pin, a lined red velvet jacket with dark blue collar, black high-top buttoning black boots, white socks, stand, certificate. This well-made doll outfit was inspired by the costume Shirley wore in this movie, and is in mint condition in original box, copyrighted in 1991 by 20th Century Fox Corp., and approved by Shirley Temple Black. Outfit has excellent quality. The dresses, hats, shoes, blouses, jackets, and socks fit the Ideal 1972-73 16 inch Shirley Temple dolls, but the pants of this and other outfits in this series are too snug on them. There are many other outfits in this collection. Pre-owned by private collector but outfit appears to be unused and in crisp, new condition.  The box shows age and wear from long storage.

The book is based upon the same characters as the dolls that Robert Tonner designed. This book's story is about the adventures of the 4 Magic Attic Club friends at camp: Alison, Heather, Keisha, Megan, and Rose (first version when she was of Cheyenne Indian descent). It contains hundreds of mostly color pictures and photos, historical information on American doll designs, photos from Strong Museum in Rochester, N.Y. This book is perfect for historians interested in dolls. This book contains information on dolls from the 1600s, 1700s, 1800s, and 1900s. The dolls include home-made and manufactured, also American-designed, folk dolls, cloth, wooden, bisque, china, leather, celluloid, metal, paper dolls, composition, Izannah Walker, Martha Wellington, Emma Adams, Beecher Baby, Martha Jenks Chase, Alexander Doll Company (Madame Alexander), Raggedy Ann and Andy, Effanbee, Ideal Shirley Temple, Monica, American hard plastic and vinyl to the 1990s, American Artists. This book is a wonderful reference of doll types and doll history; it is not a value guide. This is a beautiful, informative book is in new and mint condition.  Beth Owens author, 'Contemporary Fashion Dolls: The Next Generation', hard cover doll reference book, was published by Hobby House Press in 2000, and it has 128 pages. The book includes color photos, history, and information on fashion dolls. The dolls referenced in this volume are: Gene, Robert Tonner's Tyler Wentworth and similar dolls, Madame Alexander Cissy, Franklin Mint dolls such as Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Knickerbocker fashion dolls, Somers and Field, Barbie, Billie Boy, and others. This beautiful book is in new and mint condition.  John Axe's Hard Cover book, 'Kewpies Dolls and Art with Value Guide, 2nd Edition', has 200 pages. Hobby House Press published it in 2001 as a reprint of the 1987 book when it was updated with the 2001 values. This reference book has identification, value, and historical information from the beginning of Rose O'Neill's work, the Kewpie creator's creations, until 2001. It contains both color and black and white pictures. It contains information on Kewpie dolls, figurines, action figures, drawings and art, Kewpie objects, and Kewpie-inspired dolls such as Scootles. This reference book is in new and mint condition.
