Kayo, Moon Mullins little brother, from the 1920's comic strip "Moon Mullins" by Frank Willard was made in Japan. He is made of bisque and cold painted. "Copyright" and "Japan" are incised on his back. He stands about 1 ¾" tall. The bisque is in very good condition. There is very little wear to the cold paint, but it is a little dirty.
