Uncle Walt, who's full name is Walt Wallet, from the 1920's comic strip "Gasoline Alley" by Frank King was made in Japan. He is made of bisque and cold painted. He has no makers mark. He stands 2 ¼" tall. The bisque is in very good condition with some wear to the cold paint mostly on his pants and shoes.
