ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped If paying by credit card, order(s) will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after receipt. Payment by postal money orders are shipped next business day after receipt. Payment made by personal check are held for 12 days to clear before shipping.
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped If paying by credit card, order(s) will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after receipt. You may pick any shipping method we offer. However, the fixed rate estimates we have listed, are always best way for Continental U.S.A. addresses. So best way would be for either U.S.P.S. Media, or first class mail for the quoted price on items under 1 pound currently. We try to offer the best service at the lowest rate. If you want any specific Post Office or FedEx EXPRESS type shipments, please email us with specific needs, such as arrival times (when you need it to arrive), and daytime phone number or other email contact information. In most cases your order will be shipped approximately 3-4 business days after your payment is processed. Delivery time will be quoted in acknowledgement email tracking number that you can track if you wish. |
SALES TAX: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped. |
OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by Best_Way-Standard. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. |
OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: If your purchase we sent you is not as we described it, within reason, you may return it for a full refund, unless it was damaged in shipment, (see damaged in shipment note). To return any item, you must first contact us for a return authorization number, within 3 days after you receive it. If an item is returned in the same condition it was send by us, and the item is as we described it when you purchased it, you may return it for a full price refund minus 25% of the item price (restocking charge), and shipping charges are not refunded. If you choose the return your as described purchase, you must contact us regarding your return within 3 business days, and send it back within 7 business days after a return authorization number is issued to you. |
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If a package is damaged in shipment to you, we ask for your cooperation to notify us within 3 days after you receive you item, and keep all packaging as it was received, so insurance claims can be made. Postal insurance can take as much as 60 days before refund is issued. Some package carriers with come to you to inspect the damage, the post office will ask you to bring the damaged package to them for inspection. |
