If sending a money order, please send a USPS money order; Western Union money orders must clear like a check.
Shipping and handling are not
|ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
Checks/money orders: Merchandise will be shipped after deposit clears my bank. Paypal orders are usually shipped next day and paypal requires insurance. Checks/money orders must be received within 5 days of order date or order will be cancelled.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped Paypal orders will usually be shipped next day; checks/money orders after payment clears my bank. Checks/money orders must be received within 5 days that the order was placed or be cancelled.

I prefer, but do not require, that you select standard post insured when feasible since priority mail has size and weight restrictions which can significantly add to your cost.
Your shipping total includes insurance and delivery tracking. All overseas shipments must go by USPS airmail. If actual shipping is more than what the automated shipping calculated, your item will be shipped via a less expensive method. If the actual shipping cost is over or under the amount generated by the calculator, you will be notified and the shipping amount will be revised to reflect the accurate amount.
|SALES TAX: MI residents are charged the 6% sales tax on all items ordered.
|OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-PriorityIns. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. USPS airmail. Do not select paypal as a payment option if you are not in the USA unless you are a return customer and have permission first. Items shipped to other countries than the USA are not returnable and are not refundable.
|OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
|OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: Only, undamaged and unaltered merchandise may be returned w/in 7 days of return authorization, insured and postage paid in original packaging. Any goods that are used, damaged, altered, improperly packaged or uninsured are considered to be 'used' by you and the purchase price will not be refunded. Items described as having flaws are not returnable. See additional policies below.
|OUR DAMAGE POLICY: If your order arrives damaged, you must take the entire order, (all contents and all original packing material), to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us as that would void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. Seller not responsible for items lost, stolen, abandoned, or damaged in transit. See additional policies below.
|Order Confirmation: please confirm your order within 24 hours; if no confirmation, the order will be cancelled. You need not pay in 24 hours, but must notify me you intend to proceed with your purchase.
A minimum $2.00 packaging fee may, in our discretion, be charged for any items ordered.
Refunds are not generally provided unless the item is substantially different from the description and pictures shown. Vintage items are in used, preowned condition, therefore, they will not be in 'mint' or 'perfect' condition.
No refunds or returns permitted for foreign orders; please view all pictures, read descriptions, and ask questions before placing order. However, if an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will send you the postal receipts to file a claim at your local post office.
If there is an adjustment of the original price through a mutual negotiation and agreement, you may not return the item for any reason other than a material misrepresentation in the description; e.g., if you ordered a McCoy and I sent you a Shawnee, that would be a material misrepresentation.
Buyer must notify seller when payment will be made within 24 hours of order placement; if you have not notified me w/in that period, the order will be cancelled.
Checks over $1,000 must be a Cashier's check.
