Shipping and handling are not
|ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
Important Shipping Info you should know before choosing your payment option.
- If you are paying by money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped 3 business days after receipt
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped 3 business days after receipt
If purchasing more than one item from us and you would like all packaged together to save on shipping costs, please click START SECURE CHECKOUT and choose your payment method of PayPal, Credit Card, or Money Order. Then allow us time to package your purchase and send you a revised invoice. Please allow us to save you money!
If you have a coupon please use START SECURE CHECKOUT where you will find a box to enter your coupon and use PayPal, Credit Card or Money Order.
Most items are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of payment.
|SALES TAX: Iowa Sales Tax is calculated according to your location in Iowa.
|OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-PriorityIns. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. We do not accept international Credit Cards, but do accept PayPal where you can make payment with your international card.
All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service.
|OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing
If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
|OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We may in some cases (at our discretion), charge a restocking fee of 10% to 14% of total, in order to recover our selling costs. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
|OUR DAMAGE POLICY: Our damage rate is very low. If you should receive a damaged item which was Insured, we regret the inconvenience and your disappointment.
Please take the following steps:
1- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package, so that we may give you instructions on steps that need to be taken.
2- Please save ALL packaging and contents, so that an insurance claim can be filed.
3- DO NOT return the damaged item to us without our written authorization.
NOTE: We are not responsible for uninsured items, but do pack very carefully to insure it's safety.
