This is an nice, clean, upholstery tack puller/pulling pliers tool with a unique pointed gripper on one jaw to reach behind the tack head and loosen it from it's location and also grasp it between the jaws in a sort of V-shaped mouth with a more common designed tack puller mouth. The pliers are about 7" long overall and the wider jaw is .50" wide. The pivot pin is in great shape, snug fit with good jaw alignment. I am surprised that there is no patent date marked on this one, and no maker's name either. Very good shape. Little if any wear. A very useful utility tool!
