Rare antique toleware spice set. Great shelf display item! Very attractive antique japanned tin tole painted box with 6 spice containers. The exterior of this box is pretty rusty and scratched up. But the interior tins are lovely! All have flowers painted on them and display very well with the lid open! The box is 3 tall x 9 x 6. Age est: 1800's-early 20th C. It also has a slot for a spice grater on interior lid. It is not usable except as a collectible display item. A great old spice set for your vintage kitchen collection! See L.
