This" UNO" Card Game is the 40th Anniversary Edition and was made by Mattel, Inc., El Segundo, CA and Copyright in 2010. It comes complete with 108 cards (2 factory sealed decks) and the Instructions. All are in very good, never been played with condition and come in the original box which has been opened and shows very little shelf or edge wear.
