This is a good, used, 6 inch long pliers marked "UTICA" inside the three diamonds logo. The jaws, and wire cutting section are in very good shape. As you can see in the pictures. There is a few dings on the handles noted, but no cracks, rust, or other damage. A quality made used pliers by a well known tool maker!
