This is a nice quality special made ratchet screwdriver, 5.5 long x .18 & .31" slot screw tip widths & one Phillips tip, 4.5" long in the closed or storage position. It has the silver anodized finish on it, 99% intact. It is marked by the maker on the cast aluminum alloy "STEEL CONSTRUCTION INC.  URCHANTVILLE OHIO U.S.A.  PAT. NO. 2,662,568". Overall this tool is in very good condition with no wear noted, clean with no damage. Ratchet right, left or lock, bits are mounted on a slide that slip into the center shaft of the screwdriver, pick the bit you want to use, slide to others out of the way. The box is in nice condition with the instructions on one side, showing how it can be used as an offset screwdriver, the "NEW SHELTON VERSATOOL RATCHET HEAD" name is on the box, looks clean, in solid condition, still holds it original form but it missing three of the original 4 flaps on one end and has a small hole neatly drilled into one side. Also note this driver can be used as an offset screwdriver as well!  A nice vintage, hard to find ratchet screwdriver!
