This is a Victorian or Edwardian watch fob. It is marked WS&B. The fob has a dangling horn made of polished moss agate. The t-bar and clasp section measures 3 inches long. The moss agate horn measures 1-1/8 inches long. This hanging section measures 2-3/4 inches long.
