This ruby glass luncheon plate by Viking is in their Mid Century Georgian pattern. At least two other companies made Georgian plates in red, but the patterns vary slightly. I've confirmed the maker by comparing the honeycomb decoration to a plate with the original Viking label.

The plate measures just over 8 inches diameter and is in perfect condition with original gloss, no scratches or damage. The plate is slightly cupped with a bottom ring, so that the rim is an inch high. In the photos it almost looks like a shallow bowl. White spots in the pictures are from glare and reflections.
