This is a vintage silver tone brooch with white glass cabachons and blue aurora borealis rhinestones. The brooch is not signed and I do not know who made it. All of the rhinestones and cabachons are prong set. The brooch measures 1-1/4 inches in diameter. It is in very good condition and appears to have been gently worn.
