This is a silver tone necklace with a faux moonstone lucite cabachon and blue rhinestone pendant. The necklace is not signed and I do not know who made it. The necklace measures 24 inches long and the pendant measures 1-1/8 inches in diameter. The necklace and pendant are in very good condition and appears to have been gently worn, if at all.
