This is a beautiful combination brooch or pendant. It has a large blue glass stone in the center surrounded by clear rhinestones in a silver tone setting. The brooch is not signed and I do not know who made it. It measures 1-1/4 inches by 1-1/8 inches. It is in very good condition but it may need cleaning or polishing.
