This is a vintage cameo brooch set in gold tone filigree. I do not know if it is gold filled or gold washed. The cameo is made of either stone or shell. It measures 1 inch wide by 1-1/4 inches long. The brooch is not marked. It is in good condition but may need cleaning or polishing. I did notice one dark spot on the filigree but have not tried to clean it.
