Vintage costume jewelry out of an older home. Unsigned pair of pierced earrings (no manufacturer or country of origin marking), appear to be made of an oval gold-tone metal (not real gold) into which was inserted another oval piece (don't know material here, shell, stone, celluloid or plastic) which has a carved flower design. The center oval piece has a shell-like appearance, with a two tone coloring reminiscent of what one sees in many shells. Measures about 1 1/4 inch in length and 7/8 inch in greatest width. Normal used condition with some scratches and wear but no major flaws. Please see 7 images shot in differing lighting due to camera light creating white "hot spots" and varying earring coloring.
