This is a vintage bottle stopper or top signed GERMANY. It appears to be sterling silver but I cannot find a mark. The top has a hunter wearing a cap and smoking a pipe. He has a rifle on one shoulder and is holding the dog's leash in the other. The dog looks like a setter or spaniel and appears to be pointing. The stopper measures 2-5/8 inches tall.
