This is a vintage compact marked GRENOVILLE, PARIS, FRANCE. The compact has black enamel on the top and bottom. There is an initial N on the front that has marcasites on it. The compact holds the original powder and has the puff. The mirror looks like it has two chips on the edge but they are strictly marks on the mirror and NOT chips. The compact measures 2-1/8 inches square. It is in good condition but does have some wear to the enamel. I have not cleaned or polished the compact. Please let me know if you have any questions.
