This is a vintage large gold tone ring with a green glass faux star sapphire cabachon. The ring is not signed and I do not know who made it. The ring is adjustable. The top measures 1-1/8 inches long and the ring is almost 3/4 of an inch tall. It is in good condition with minor, if any, loss of gold tone. It may need cleaning or polishing.
