This is a vintage rhinestone brooch signed Pell. It has clear navettes, bagettes and round rhinestones set in what appears to be rhodium. The brooch measures 3 inches by 1-1/4 inches. The brooch is in good condition with no missing stones, but a few of the navettes have darker tips. I can't tell if the stones are darkening or if it is simply the way they catch the light.
