This is a vintage silver tone brooch with blue aurora borealis rhinestones. The brooch is not signed and I do not know who made it. The brooch has both round and bagette rhinestones (2 are in the center of the brooch). The setting appears to be rhodium. The brooch measures 2-1/4 inches by 1-1/4 inches.
