Vintage Skipper Barbie Doll Pillow and Blanket. Not tagged best guess made by Mattel circa 1980s to 1990s. Pillow has a nice soft padding with a pink ruffle and the blanket has a matching ruffle and a ribbon that you can, best guess, roll the blanket up and put through the ribbon loop. No stains No tears.
