Victorian Simpson Double Inkwell Pen Tray Stamp Holder. Marked on bottom Simpson R N & Co Quadruple Plate no 141. Lovely large weighted raised with a detailed high relief floral blossom design. Both Inkwells have a hinged lid that opens to reveal glass ink cups with a silver tone metal ring. Both fit snug into the metal well. The stamp holder has a lift handle. This item is in the following condition. On the underside the quadriple Plating is peeling. The front facing you right front side has a dent on the pen holder and the the footed leg is bent. I am selling as found. Both glass Inkwells are in excellent condition no chips or cracks and the silver tone is shiny. There are two 1 cent Andrew Jackson Stamps in the stamp holder.
