Here's a recipe from Linda L "These are a nice change of pace from the usual chips and pretzels during the holidays".

Ranch Oyster Crackers

3/4 cups oil
1 pkg powdered Ranch dressing mix
1/2 tspn dill weed
1/4 tspn garlic powder
12-16 oz bag of small oyster crackers

Wisk together the 1st four ingrediants and pour over crackers, stir gently to coat

Place on a baking sheet with an edge and bake at 275 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and seal in zip style bag.
--------------

11.We' having our own TIAS.com virtual cookie bake this year! Send us your favorite holiday cookie recipe and we'll feature it here!

Here's another cookie recipe submitted by Deb J:

Acorn Cookies

1 cup butter at room tep
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
2 3/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tspn baking powder
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Cream butter, brown sugar, 3/4 cup walnuts and vanilla. Mix flour and baking powder, and add gradually to the creamed mixture, blending well. Shape into a teaspoon, pressing the end into a slight point, so the top is larger than the bottom, imitating the shape of an acorn. Bake at 375 on an ungreased sheet approximately 15 minutes (don't overbrown). Cool well. Melt the chocolate chips over warm water and cool slightly. Dip the large end of the cookie (front only) into the melted chocolate, and then press into the reserved finely chopped nuts. Cool completely before storing.
