TIAS.com Merchant News for May 29, 2014
A "side effect" of the change TIAS had to make to the system with regard to email (to get email accepted by various isps) is that when you get questions from customers, you will now see a "do not reply" email address in the "From" field.

When you want to reply to the customer question via email (rather than through the TIAS member's page), you will see the customer’s email right in the body of the email, just under the name field like this:

> Contact Name: John Doe
> Contact Phone: 555-555-5555
> Email Address: johndoe@myisp.com

All you need to do is hit reply in your program, then highlight and click to copy the customer’s email address right from the form, and then click to paste it into the "To" field, right over the do not reply email address.

I know this isn’t the perfect solution, but it was one that was necessary. NOTE: this is a temporary situation. Engineering is working on a better fix that will be implemented soon.
