Vintage Weller Pottery basket vase. Very pretty vase. The pattern is called Cameo, and this vase is shown in the Weller book. No chips or cracks and is 8 inches tall. One pinpop on top rim, see pic #5 and some faint crazing. Incised Weller mark on the bottom and artist initial 'A'. It is a really lovely vase. c: 1935-late 1930's. Fill it with some flowers and it would make the perfect gift! 10/13
Antique Weller Pottery vase. Bonito is the pattern name. Shown on pg. 248 of the book by Huxford. These vases were made from 1927-1936. The design is freehand drawn with India ink and colored with mineral stain. This cool vase is 3.75 tall x 4 wide across bottom. It has the hand incised Weller Pottery mark as shown on pg. 30 and an artist initial on it. It has no chips or cracks; some crazing and a bit of spidering. PS: It's not crooked; I took the lst photo at an angle to reduce glare from my lights. 10/13scs
Antique Weller Pottery compote. c:1914-late 20's. Roma is the pattern name. It is shown on page 129 of the book by S. Huxford. Book price back in 1979 was $175-200. It features 2 yellow finches. It is 11 long x 4.25 tall. It has some wear/aging flaws, but nothing drastic. Flaws: A little rough area on rim; a tiny red spot on rim; a dark pindot on interior; crazing mainly on interior; and some little dark marks on one side hear top center. See pictures. The books says this vase was not marked and it isn't except for a pencil mark on bottom rim which I cannot make out except for a t.... and 95. The t... may be an artist's name and the 95 an old price. 10/13scs
Antique Weller Pottery umbrella stand. 'Ivory' is the pattern name. This must be picked up in MI; no shipping unless you want to use your fed ex account to pay for it; it will likely be $150 or more to ship; don't pay attention to the auto shipping amount since I'd have to weight it in a box with packing to get an accurate amount. The box size would be too large to go by USPS which is what I like to use. This item is in what I consider very good antique condition. No chips or cracks; just the bottom dry rim has a long groove along the bottom rim which is common on antique pottery with dry rims and it has a circular groove mark on bottom; see photos. This item is 20.25 tall x 11 wide and quite hefty. Insignificant age/wear on it. It is shown in the 1979 Weller book, pg. 135 by B. Huxford. The Ransbottom Co. bought out Weller molds in the 1940's and made this item but RRP marked most of their items with a USA or other type of mark. This stand is not marked and Weller did not mark this stand. Plus, the very thick, worn, smooth, aged rim indicates that this is the earlier Weller, and not RRP. The book value back then was $250-300. Great to show off your cane or umbrella collection! It's a great piece of antique American pottery! 8/13smc
This is a pottery bowl, made in the Claremont pattern, by Weller Pottery Co., from 1900-1925. It is mostly brown, but does have a little green where the leaves go around the center. It is approx. 6 inches in diameter, 8 inches from handle to handle, and 2.875 inches tall. It is in good used condition. It DOES have one small chip, under the rim. It is approx. one inch long. This is a relatively rare piece. If you have any questions, please e-mail. Thanks. Lurleen

Awesome majolica glaze pottery pedestal. It looks like either early Weller or Brush McCoy, (interior dry clay looks more like Weller). It is not crooked, just my bad picture. It has a fern and flower pattern. This ped is 16 tall x 8 wide at top and 8.5 wide at bottom. There is one pea sized old chip on bottom edge which doesn't really show when ped is upright. Very attractive old ped; age est: 1900-1920's. I have 2 McCoy jars and a large BM jard sold separately that can be used with this ped, (see pics 3-4, different pattern but same glaze colors). Once you put a big fern in the jard you can't see the patterns anyway. The BM jard on this ped is pic #7. 3/10ggau#2992
This pottery vase from the Weller Pottery Co. was produced in the 1940's era. I believe the pattern name is Gloria. Stands 8 in. tall and measures 4.75 in. diameter at the top. I find no chips, cracks, hairlines, etc. In very good displayable, usable ocndition.
This fantastic vase stands 5.5 in. tall. Measures 4.75 in. ddiameter at the widest area. My Weller Pottery guide book states this vase was made in the 1910-1920 era. Bottom marked Louwelsa, 519, I think that would be the mld style. JM is the artist signature. Lovely holly decoration. In very good condition. I find only a blip on the top edge, perhaps a glaze bubble? Small, but I tried to image it. Please view images carefullly.
Vintage stoneware jardinaire. 2 in store; price is for one jard. Very thick, heavy, early American pottery. This pattern is shown in the Ransbottom book on a catalog page c:1947, however, the bottom on this jard is unmarked and most RRP is marked. Since RRP bought out Weller in the 1940's, I am confident this is a Weller jard from the 1930's, and the bottom of this jard is just like the Weller Crystalline vase I have for sale. Very thick dry rim on this jard, while RRP usually has a bit thinner dry rim. No chips or cracks; it has some noticeable glaze pops in the body, and the lines in the bottom of jard are glaze separation lines from firing, and are not cracks per se; other jard is fine, just has crazing. These jards are 6.75 tall x almost 8 wide. Perfect for a good size fern, spider plant, pot of tulips, etc. You can use them indoors or out in mild climate. Plants love these old flower pots and it will last another 100 years! 8/09gscsaub

Large vintage Weller Pottery Cameo console vase. c:1935-late 1930's. LARGE matte aqua vase; the book calls it a 'Flower Arranger', and is shown on pg. 339 of the 1979 book by S. Huxford. I call it a console vase. It has incised mark: Weller Pottery Since 1872, and looks like an Artist initial. It is 14.5 long and a bit over 3 tall. It has one very faint, tight hairline on backside; just looks like a vertical craze mark, but it is a hairline. Other than that insignificant flaw, it does not appear to have ever been used; minimal crazing. Two small spots on rim where aqua color did not adhere; but it is glazed over. Price is reduced a bit for the minor flaw. Guaranteed authentic vintage Weller Pottery!

The mark is shown in the books on Weller pottery if you can't see it clearly in the pictures. No chips or cracks; has 3 eyelets for hanging, and stands 4.75 tall x 9 wide. I believe the pattern is called, 'Flemish'. It is a very hard to find item. Guaranteed authentic, vintage Weller Pottery!
Vintage Weller Monochrome dish garden and frog. c.1920's. 10 inch size. This is an unmarked Weller Monochrome vase. (the book states that this size was not marked, though the smaller version is marked, and I have the smaller one for sale also. No chips or cracks and is 10 wide x 3.5 high. This vase has some crazing, mainly on the interior bottom, and just two faint discolored marks on the bottom, but these are under the glaze; so it came from the pottery company that way. A nice, good sized, Weller vase for your collection. Would be beautiful as a centerpiece bowl. You also get the flower disc frog which is marked Weller. It has 1 small chip near bottom foot, and 1 fleabite also near bottom rim. Guaranteed vintage Weller Pottery! roflcs
Vintage Weller Pottery Delsa basket vase. c.mid to late 1930's. Beautiful basket vase. This is the 8 inch size vase, with incised Weller 8 inch mark on the bottom as well an an 'R', the signature of Ruth Axline, an artist at Weller Pottery. The artist's marks are shown in the 1979 book in Weller Pottery by S. Huxford, and this vase is shown on pg. 351, in the 7 inch teal color. Artist marks are also shown in Lehner's book of marks. Matte white with pale yellow, green and deep pink flowers. Collector quality. A stunning Weller for your collection, or to put in your shabby chic room! Guaranteed authentic vintage Weller Pottery! 9/03detant#298
Vintage Weller Pottery Monochrome dish garden. c.1920's and is marked w/the die impressed Weller Ware mark. No chips or cracks. If you can't see the mark clearly in the pics, the book on Weller Pottery shows the mark that is on this vase. It has one glaze pop as you can see in the pics. (it looks bigger in the pics than it actually is because it is a close-up shot), and one small dark spot on the rim, which just looks like some of the glaze did not mix correctly, (this is an aqua color with other colors mixed in, and the book does specify that these have blotchy marks on them). It measures 7.25 wide x 2 high. A great piece to start your Weller collection with! These low vases look fabulous with vintage flower frogs in them or river rocks and faux cactus! Guranteed authentic vintage Weller Pottery.
Vintage Weller Pottery thistle motif jardinaire. Stunning 9 inch size Weller 'Light Glaze Jardinaire'. This is a rather hard to find Weller. Not marked, but the identical 7 inch size is shown on pg. 141 of the 1999 book by Huxford. Measures 9 inches across at the top rim, about 8.5 high x about 32 inches in diameter. Soft grey/blue color with milk thistle? flowers. I do not see any hairlines, but there are a couple of glaze misses, and it looks like one small crackle in the glaze, (less than 1/8 inch on one of the flower stems; it might be a shrink line), right underneath the burgandy part on one flower, and there is one teeny surface flake on the burgandy and pink part of another flower, which is really hard to even find. The little flaws are not noticeable unless you have it right under your nose looking for them. An outstanding Weller jard that would be perfect displayed atop a grand plant stand or pedestal. You can see one of the small glaze misses in one of the pics, the others are too small to photograph. The price reflects the tiny flaws, and it took me 5 times checking it before I even discovered the flaws, so you're not going to notice them either! These types of flaws are common due to the raised detailed design. Guaranteed authentic, vintage Weller Pottery. roflcs

Incised mark in script, 'Weller Pottery since 1872', with an 'R' in black which is the signature mark of Ruth Axline, an artist at Weller Pottery Co. Very good condition on this graceful bowl, no chips or cracks, and it is approx. 3.5 high x 7.5 wide. The book lists most of the artists who worked at Weller, and the signatures are shown in the book. The signatures are also shown in Lehner's Book of Marks. Collector quality and guaranteed authentic vintage Weller Pottery! 11/02rocs

This gorgeous vase in the Roma pattern is bottom stamped WELLER in block letters. Stands 8.5 in. tall. The base measures 3 x 5 in.
