Antique rustic Victorian basket believed late 1800s, rounded square shape, diameter 13 1/2 inches, 3 1/2 inches high. Tight weave sides, open square pattern bottom, twisted weave outer edge. Sits on squarish bottom with 4 corners. Two-tone brown basket, traces of green & dark purple paint in floral pattern (net, much paint wear). Condition good for age, no major holes or weave missing, but has broken strands or pieces missing, hanging loop broken, age wear or dirt...all adding to believability of the age and nifty worn look.
