This is a choker necklace and matching clip earrings with dark blue, olive green and rust red enamel. The set is not signed and I do not know who made it. The choker measures 17 inches long and 3/4 of an inch wide. The earrings measure 3/4 of an inch long. The set is in very good condition and appears to have been gently worn, if at all.
