Offering this hard to find matched pair of right and left hand side rabbet planes. Stanley made these between 1896 and 1942, this pair has the Patent date of "JAN.24.95" on each plane. The two you will see in the pictures have rosewood knobs and nickel plating. The nickel plating on the No. 99 is about 80% intact, where the No. 98 has about 60% intact. No rust or damage on either. Both have solid knobs with no cracks, some wear and small dings. The cutters are at full length, maybe one or two light sharpening only. There is a Patent date marked on each "JAN 29 95", the same on both. The patent date is a bit hard to read due to a light imprint. Overall a very nice early Stanley Tool collectible!
This is a rarely seen old box of disposable tooling called taps. This is one set of USS 5/16"-18. Each tap is marked by the maker to match the label on the box. The taps may have been used, but if so very little wear, nice and clean. The box is wood with good paper labels, a top a bottom section that have specific holes to keep the taps in place. There is a small rubber strap added to keep the top and bottom together I guess, can easily be removed. A nice clean set!

This is a good old washer or gasket cutting for cutting round material for the same. Will cut the inside and outside at the same time. Both cutters are adjustable and can be set to cut in a clockwise or counterclockwise position. There is a scale on the main cast beam that shows the diameter (not the radius) that the cutters are set for, saving a little bit of time. All the parts are in good working condition, the taper square drive area is rounded off a bit, but with work just fine. This is a rarely seen maker for this type of tool. Don't miss out, I only have one of these to sell.
