Civil War Era Womens Skirt wonderful design of brown and beige stripes with tiny pleats and a great, ruffle like band across the front of a slant side panel. It has a stiff type of lining that does have some damage and the top front of the skirt has a couple of little holes that can be repaired by pulling up the panel of beige across the front. The waist is a about 25 inches and is is about 38 inches long. It is a very heavy skirt of the period and a wonderful skirt to find. Sold just as wooden hanger not included. Best guess made in USA by hand.
