Vintage Crystal Foods spice set. Age estimate: 1920's-30's. This old spice rack was refurbished in Rustoleum's new dark walnut. The photos show all the minor flaws, (like gouges in the wood), but in reality it looks pretty darn good now. The color is like the popular Expresso color on furniture. It has a Lucite? front, and 14 jars with copper finish tops. The jars have the old State abbreviation on them; Watseka, Ill. The jars are all on good vintage condition, very minor age/wear on lids; glass is great. They jars are a bit over 3.5 tall. The rack has clips on the back to hang it or you can stand it on a counter against a wall. The rack is 11.5 tall x 11 wide x 2.5 deep. YOu could change out the Lucite and put stamped tin, mirror, etc. The wood can be repainted another color too, just tape of the Lucite. Very cool old spice set that you can use today! 11/17
