DY Dee Baby Doll Effanbee African American. Wonderful Dy Dee Baby Doll in her original outfit with her hang tag marked Effanbee 1967.

She is a great African American drink and wet doll with her bottle holding her Teddy Bear. The teddy bear is looped with a pink ribbon around her wrist similar to the bottle. The pink ribbon matches the ribbon on her foot booties. The Teddy bear is tagged Bashful Russ.

She is a 17 inches tall with lovely dark brown curly hair, brown sleep eyes with her lashes and a wonderful red bottle mouth. She has a cute pug nose curled finger like a baby and she is jointed. She has only been on display and not played with. Her hair is beautiful. She is dressed in her original white footed suit with a pattern of blue and pink rose buds and Effanbee printed all over. She is in such wonderful condition and a real treasure to find.
