This magnificent set is a Sahara Yellow Old Colony Cream Soup that was produced by Heisey Glass Co. from 1930-39. Produced on Empress Blank #1401 this beautiful 2 handled cream soup bowl measures 5" in diameter and 2 ¼" tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and looks as if never used! A few of the ones I have show a straw mark in the bottom but this is normal in glass of this era. Not all but several do. The trusted Heisey H is in the bottom. This magnificent cream soup will be a great addition to your Old Colony collection! Imagine your holiday table with this hard to find piece!
