Ideal Patti Prays Doll with the tag from 1957. She is a sweet 18 inch tall baby girl with a vinyl face with blue, side-glance eyes, nice red lips and great coloring. She has fuzzy blonde hair under her attached stocking cap that matches her footed, pink print pajamas. She has vinyl hands and a stuffed body with the crank to her voice box in her back. She still makes some noise but is not understandable. She has loose elastic in her sleeve cuffs and some soiling to her hat that we have not tried to remove. She is a hard to find doll and is sold just as found, she is not prefect but is so sweet.
