This is a vintage Native American ring. The ring is not marked but I believe it might be Zuni. It did test positive as being sterling silver. The ring has inlaid turquoise, mother of pearl, abalone and red coral. It is a size 6-1/2. It measures 1-3/8 inches long and 1/2 of an inch wide. The ring is in good condition with no missing inlay.
