This is a vintage bolo slide and tie. The slide is signed SC in a cloud shape which I believe is the mark for Silver Cloud. It is also marked sterling. The slide has a bezel set tear drop shaped black onyx in the center. There are also etched designs and repousse dots. The slide measures 1-5/8 inches long and 1-3/8 inches wide. The clasp on the back of the slide clamps down tightly so the slide stays in place. The slide is on a woven leather tie with silver tips. The tips appear to be sterling silver but I have not been able to find a mark. They do have a very heavy patina so it's possible that the mark would appear after they were polished. The tie measures 38-1/2 inches long. The slide, tie and tips are in good condition. They have not been cleaned or polished. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by.
