ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you
will receive a computer-generated confirmation
that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order,
we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed.
- If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
- If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional 10 to 15 days until our bank clears your check. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.
- Item(s) paid for by money order are shipped No more than 5 business days after receipt. Checks and money orders will be allowed 14 calendar days to be received. You will be reminded about the order prior to the end of the 14 days, after which the order will be cancelled.
- If you are using our option for a payment service, your order will be shipped No more than 5 business days after receipt. Checks and money orders will be allowed 14 calendar days to be received. You will be reminded about the order prior to the end of the 14 days, after which the order will be cancelled.

SALES TAX: Sales taxes (if any) are calculated based on the location to which the product is being shipped. |
OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items will be shipped by USPS-PriorityIns. We
may elect to ship by some other carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Seller will not be responsible for any item shipped outside the U.S., insured or not. All international items will be double boxed and professionally packed when Seller deems necessary which could increase shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if an item is returned. Any damage must be handled at the point of receipt of the package. |
OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully
describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing

OUR RESTOCKING POLICY: We do not charge restocking fees. |
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: You must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. For international shipping damage information, please see the international shipping information. |
Please inquire as to layaway terms. Any layaway cancelled after 30 days will be subject to a commission charge and a restocking fee. Layaway is a special service without extra charge to our customers and we feel that the buyer should be definite about a purchase on time. Thank you for your cooperation. |
