Antique Tiles

Circa: 1910
Manufacturer: Teco Pottery
Great small Teco pottery vase. Made around 1910, the glaze on this lovely piece typifies the "Teco green" - a micro crystalline smooth green glaze. The vase stands 3 3/4" high and about 3 1/4" at its widest. The vase is a classic oriental style. There are no chips or cracks. There are two very small glaze impurities - see the photos.

Teco was actually the product line of The American Terra Cotta Tile and Ceramic Company. The company was founded in 1881 just outside of Chicago, Illinois. More than 120 years later, their pottery continues to exemplify the spirit and excellence of the Arts & Crafts Movement in the United States. (in small vase cabinet)
