Hardcover, purple binding, no dust jacket (didn't have one as issued), photo shows cover, The Bobbsey Twins Mystery on the Deep Blue Sea, #11 printed on binding outer edge, published by Grosset & Dunlap with #8011 on binding outer edge. Copyright date on back of title page is 1965, and this is definitely an older issue. Inside page lists other books in series with last entry as Mystery on the Deep Blue Sea. We believe this may be a first edition of this book since the inside book list ends with this book's title and this is the only Bobbsey Twin book we have which, on the title page under the copyright line, lists a Library of Congress Catalog Card number (65-18449). The back cover also lists other books in the series, ending with The Search for the Green Rooster (but does not list this book's title). Book measures 5 1/8 x 7 5/8 inches. Very good used condition, not mint with some expected reading/age wear including some cover corner bumping, edge wear, some soiling (some noticeable on front cover, more on back cover), but not too bad. Inside bright, clean & tight. A great copy.
