This is lovely and the durability remaining in this sheer fabric is unremarkable. There is some tears in the seams at the waist, sides and center seam areas and a few very faint fauxing spots, but as seen, in over all unremarkable.

Measurements taken laid flat:
Waist side to side across 12 1/2 inch;
Front waist to bottom 37inch;
Back center waist to back center bottom 38 inch;
