This is a vintage pair of cast iron Scottish Terriers sitting with their heads cocked to one side. The base is covered with red felt and I have not removed it so I do not know if they are marked. I was told they might have been made by Hubley. They have black enamel paint. They measure 2-1/4 inches by 2 inches. I believe this is either a paperweight or simply a decorative figurine.
