This vintage postcard is in very good condition. It features a woman's skirt blowing up & an old man watching and the caption says "I've Had My Hands Full Lately..Will Write Soon". This postcard measures approximately 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" and is suitable for framing. The reverse side is unused.
